St. Louis Cathedral

St. Louis Cathedral is the oldest and most iconic cathedral in the city of New Orleans. Situated in Jackson Square, it was built in 1726, making it the very first structure in the Louisiana Purchase. The structure holds a great significance in the city's history as it was constructed in the old city walls, signifying the turning of the city's governance from French then to Spanish.
