St. Colman's Cathedral
📍 From Spy Hill Street, Ireland
Located in the town of Cobh, in County Cork, Ireland, St. Colman's Cathedral is a stunning piece of architecture and a must-see in the area. Built in the 19th century, between the years 1867 and 1919, the cathedral is an example of Gothic Revival Architecture, with impressive towering white stone spires and ornate stained glass windows. The Interior is just as impressive, with its intricate stone design, including intricately carved chalices, gargoyles, and cathedra, which adds to its already grandiose appearance. There are also a number of memorials located inside, paying tribute to those who lost their lives in the Great Hunger of 1845 and the sinking of the Titanic in 1912. It's a beautiful and inspiring place to visit whether you're religious or not, and offers plenty of unique photography opportunities.
