📍 From Pont Neuf, France
Square du Vert-Galant and Pont Neuf are two iconic attractions in the City of Love, Paris. Located along the banks of the Seine River, Square du Vert-Galant, or “Square of the Gallant Green”, is a parkland at the western tip of Ile de la Cite. It takes its name from the statue of Henri IV atop a 37m-tall column at its centre. Pont Neuf, or New Bridge, crosses the Seine River and is the oldest standing bridge in Paris, delighting visitors with its elegant 16th-century architecture. With the Louvre Museum and Notre Dame on one bank and Tuileries Garden on the other, it makes for a stunning backdrop with its views of the Seine.
