Sint lievens Vrouwkapel and Geraadsbergen are two of the most impressive sights located in Geraardsbergen, Belgium. Sint lievens Vrouwkapel is a small 13th century chapel located on top of the Mount Geraardsbergen with links to the devotion of St. Livinus, an Irish Bishop who was beheaded in Maaseik in 600 AD. Geraardsbergen is the largest local village in the Flemish Ardennes and is surrounded by green rolling hills and historical canals. It is a very picturesque and picturesque town, with plenty of Flemish charm, historical sites and local patisseries and food stands. Geraardsbergen is also home to an extensive network of hiking trails, winding its way on top of gently rolling hills.
