Shangri-La Park in Guilin is one of the most iconic parks in the city and a must-see for any traveler. It slopes down a hillside, surrounded by deciduous trees which provide plenty of shade during the summer months. You'll find a variety of attractions here, including a temple, a 35-meter-high pagoda, and a lake. Inside the temple are stone statues of Chinese gods, and the views from the pagoda are magnificent. The park plays host to a vibrant waterfall, and its winding pathways are perfect for a leisurely stroll.
