Serra do Corvo Branco is a dramatic mountain pass on SC-370, crossing the Serra Geral escarpment between the highlands near Urubici and the valleys of Grão-Pará in Santa Catarina. Its defining landmark is the roadway carved through a narrow cleft of sheer rock, where towering walls frame the route like a natural gateway. Beyond the cut, the road follows steep slopes and sharp bends above layered, forested ridges. The strongest images use the road as a leading line and include a vehicle or person to reveal the scale; low cloud and mist often simplify the distant landscape and heighten the contrast between dark stone and dense green vegetation.
