Schrammsteinaussicht, located in Bad Schandau in Germany, is a stunning viewpoint with breathtaking views of the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Standing over the River Elbe, the rock formation is the perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of the natural landscape. From the viewpoing you can spot ruined castles, small villages, vineyards, forests, and even the Czech Republic in the distance. To get to Schrammsteinaussicht you can take the rack railway from Bad Schandau, then hike up the mountain until you reach the viewpoint. It takes around 45 min to hike up. The hike is full of interesting details, such as caves, abandoned quarries, and incredible views. So, don't forget to bring a camera with you!
