
Schloss Lübbenau is an idyllic palace situated in the heart of the Spreewald forest in the historical town of Lübbenau. This was the seat of power of the Princes of Wied from 1669 to 1825 and is now a popular tourist destination for its natural beauty and cultural heritage. The palace and itsgrounds are full of picturesque scenes and vast parklands. Visitors can admire the Baroque façade with its striking entrance, gaze upon the diverse collection of statues and sculptures and explore the colorful gardens. Guided tours are offered of the interior, interior furnishings and paintings. An added bonus is a cafe where visitors can break and enjoy the surrounding garden views.
