Schloß Willigrad is a stunning 13th-century schloss (castle) located in Lübstorf, Germany. It was built back in 1289 and still preserved in its original form. Today, it is a private residence, and it can only be viewed from the outside. Schloß Willigrad is surrounded by a moat and a park which feature various smaller fruit-trees, old trees, meadows and a pond with a fountain in the middle. There is a special event usually taking place at the Schloß during spring and summer months. The park is opened to the public and is a great place for walking, cycling, picnicking, fishing and birdwatching. Photographers will also appreciate the beautiful architecture and the surrounding nature of this place.
