Scex Rouge is an alpine peak located at 2,717m in Ormont-Dessus, Switzerland. The summit sits at its highest point, offering breathtaking views of the Mont Blanc massif, the Valais mountains and the Alps. From the top, you can witness the contrast between the two valleys: Entremont and Ormont. From the top of Scex Rouge, you can take in the stunning alpine scenery and the many glaciers, frozen lakes, and dramatic canyons to be found in the area. A day on Scex Rouge can be enjoyed year round, but is especially delightful during the warmer months when the flowers are in bloom and the summer weather brings blue skies and sunshine. Hiking paths around the peak are easy to traverse, and offer amazing view points that are ideal for both hiking and nature lovers. Don’t forget your camera!
