Save the Wales is a small village in Morsbach, Germany, just off the Moselle River. A picturesque old vineyard and the ruins of a castle built in the 13century make for a great scenic view. There’s plenty of hiking trails, streams and forests for those wanting to get close to nature. Stop by the village church “St. Peter and Paul” as it has some interesting architecture and a substantial amount of historical artifacts. The local restaurant “Haus Longebach” is a great place to sample some of the best German foods and get a drink while taking in the stunning landscape.
