The Santuario dei Santi Vittore e Corona stands on Monte Miesna above Anzù, just outside Feltre in the province of Belluno. Founded at the end of the 11th century, it is dedicated to the martyr saints who are patrons of Feltre, linking this hillside sanctuary closely to the town’s religious history. Its Romanesque church preserves extensive medieval frescoes, with saints, biblical scenes and decorative bands spread across walls and vaulted surfaces. The restrained exterior contrasts with this richly painted interior, while the adjoining cloister offers a quieter composition of repeated arches and columns. Its elevated position opens views across the Feltre basin, setting the sanctuary within the broader landscape of foothills and mountains.
