
Built between the 16th and 18th centuries, this Renaissance-Baroque cathedral is affectionately nicknamed “La Manquita” because of its unfinished south tower. Inside, marvel at the graceful arches, stained-glass windows, and exquisite chapels containing treasured artworks. Highlights include the ornate choir stalls carved from mahogany and cedar, as well as the imposing grand organ boasting over 4,000 pipes.
