Sanatorium Medea is a Georgian ex-spa town in Tskaltubo in the Imereti region of Georgia. It is a remnant from the Soviet period, which was originally built for rehabilitation and leisure. There are two main areas of the town, the old zone, built in the 1960s and ‘70s, while the new area was built in the late ‘90s. Today, Sanatorium Medea is a refuge for locals seeking cleaner air, longer stays and new experiences.

The town is located in lush green hills. It is also surrounded by mountains, with breathtaking views of centuries-old village landscapes stretching to the horizon.
