The San Sebastián City Hall is a sight to behold, located in Donostia, Spain. It is a Neo-Baroque style building from the late 19th century, and it houses the city's assembly. Its façades are made of white stone and its main entrance has a central balcony. On top of the building is a sculpture of a man with two arms representing the union between the two main Spanish regions: Biscay and Gipuzcoa, of which San Sebastián is the capital.
