📍 From Coit Tower, United States
Coit Tower is a 210-foot tall art-deco tower located in the Telegraph Hill neighborhood of San Francisco. It was built in 1933 and offers stunning panoramic views of the city, including the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz Island, and the Bay Bridge. The tower is accessible by elevator, but there are also scenic stairs that offer a workout along the way. Inside the tower, there are stunning fresco murals depicting scenes of San Francisco's history. Admission to the tower is free, but there is a small fee for taking the elevator to the top. It can get crowded during peak tourist times, so it's best to go early in the morning or during weekdays. Parking in the area can also be difficult, so it's recommended to take public transportation or utilize ride-sharing services.
