Saline della Laguna Marsala

The Saline della Laguna Marsala is a spectacular nature site near the city of Marsala in western Sicily. The lagoon, held within the boundaries of a Wildlife Reserve, is an important wetland formed by saltwater that is a home for a variety of bird species and also used for salt production.
