St. Hedwig's Cathedral in Berlin, Germany, is the largest Roman Catholic Cathedral in the country and one of the main landmarks of the city. Built between 1747 and 1773, it features a grand neo-classical façade with four Corinthian columns. Inside, the cathedral is particularly impressive, with an impressive dome, an elaborate marble altar, and 28 wooden confessionals. Additionally, it contains the tombs of three Prussian princes, two Polish princesses, and two famous 19th century composers: Queen Louise of Prussia and Carl Maria von Weber. The cathedral is open for daily mass and is open to visitors Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM and on Sundays from 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM.
