
Saint-Étienne Church is a historic Roman Catholic church in Beauvais, France. Its signature feature is the 15th-century Gothic architecture, including a beautiful octagonal bell tower that stands out from the landscape. The church is also known for its beautiful stained-glass windows that were donated by the Duke of Orléans in the early 18th century. Inside, visitors will find carved wooden choir stalls, a marble baptismal font, and two large statues of saints. The ceiling is decorated with 16th-century frescoes and dramatic paintings. The crypt contains the tombs of Beauvais' bishops. It is open to visitors year-round and makes a great day trip destination. A tour of the church is highly recommended.
