Rubjerg Knude is an awe-inspiring sand dune located along Denmark's northwestern coast. Standing 98 ft tall and 2,297 ft long, the dune is famous for its stunning coastal beauty and ever-shifting landscape. Panoramic views of the area, with the blue waters of the North Sea beyond, make a great backdrop for photography. A short walk away, visitors can explore the coasts of the Løkken Bay and the nearby 1800 ft-long Lønstrup Cliffs. Over the years, Rubjerg Knude has been subject to fierce natural processes, with the sand shifting up to 20 meters per year, and the nearby Lighthouse being forced to close due to the shifting landscape in 2019.
