
Rote Kapelle (Red Chapel) is a charming chapel located in Friesenhagen, Germany. Built in the 16th century in late Gothic style, the chapel is an impressive site to behold. Inside, the chapel features a lovely rood screen, several remains of Renaissance paintings, a Baroque altar and a mural of Bavarian saints. Several interesting wall tiles can also be found on the walls. Rote Kapelle is a wonderful sight to visit and take in the beauty of traditional German architecture. Visitors can also enjoy the idyllic atmosphere of the surrounding landscape while keeping an eye out for some nature sightings.
