The Roberto Clemente Bridge in Pittsburgh, United States, is one of the city’s iconic landmarks, spanning the Allegheny River. The bridge is named for Pittsburgh Pirate Roberto Clemente, who was killed in a plane accident in 1972. Visitors can enjoy the views of the river, the Duquesne Incline and the Downtown skyline from the span. It is also a popular spot for runners, cyclists, walkers and joggers, who use it as an ideal connection between Downtown and the North Shore's Riverwalk Trails. In the evening, visitors can also enjoy the bridge’s beautiful lighting display. This bridge is a great destination to visit and explore Pittsburgh’s cultural heritage.
