The Reloj Monumental de Pachuca is located in the city of Pachuca de Soto, Mexico. It is a neoclassical clock monument that was built in 1916 on the ruins of the old San Francisco Church which was destroyed by fire. The clock is constructed out of red sandstone and stands at 30 meters tall. It was designed by Felix Almaraz and features panels featuring the Mexican Revolution and murals by renowned Mexican artists such as Saturnino Herran and Juan O’Gorman. This monument is the symbol of the city of Pachuca and is considered to be one of the most important clocks in the world. It is a popular spot for people to take pictures and to enjoy the city skyline. The monument is open to the public and visitors can climb to the top of the clock for breathtaking views of the city.
