Punto Panoramico Locorotondo is the town’s main lookout perched on the outer rim of the circular historic center, where narrow streets and whitewashed houses step down toward the Valle d’Itria. The spot is visually revealing because it frames Locorotondo’s distinctive radial layout and the patchwork of vineyards, olive groves and low stone walls that define the surrounding karst landscape. Photographically, the viewpoint emphasizes curves and layers: concentric rooftops, flowered balconies, and the gentle undulation of the valley beyond; light from the west sculpts the pale limestone and casts long shadows across the fields. In spring and summer the contrast between white façades and green vines is strongest; the overlook is reachable on foot from the centro storico.
