Puerta del Moll is one of the entry gates in Alcúdia’s fortified old town, the opening that links the medieval streets to the lower quay and modern port area. Its presence anchors the relationship between town and sea: through the gate you see a compositional layering of stone ramparts, a short avenue of compact buildings, and the harbor beyond, so the gate often serves as a deliberate frame in photographs.
