📍 From Mirador Puente Nuevo de Ronda, Spain
Puente Nuevo de Ronda is one of the main attractions of the ancient city of Ronda in Spain. Originally constructed in 1751, the bridge stands 100 meters above the El Tajo zigzagging canyon and links the old and new parts of the city together. Its three story structure features two towers and can be crossed by a footpath or a road. Towering arches, large pylons, gargoyles, and numerous storied balconies and terraces line the bridge, making it one of the most impressive sites in Ronda. The views of the canyon and the rolling hills of the Serrania de Ronda area make the walk across the bridge a memorable one, while restaurants below offer visitors the opportunity to enjoy a meal with a stunning view. Puente Nuevo de Ronda is a must-see for visitors to the city and a beautiful spot for photographers.
