
Puente de La Matilla (also known as Puente Viejo) is a 16th century bridge built on the Ciudad de Osma in Spain. It was designed by Francisco de Villalpando, a famous architect from the region. This bridge is considered to be one of the most architecturally significant elements in the city. It is built with a stone arch structure that has a length of 19 meters, a width of 1.4 meters and a height of 13.52 meters. It is an interesting mixture of two architectural styles, Renaissance and Gothic. As it stands on the Dudin river, the bridge creates a spectacular landscape and serves to attract tourists to the area. The bridge itself is a popular spot for locals and visitors to take a stroll and to appreciate the stunning views. Puente de La Matilla is a magnificent landmark of the city and something that it is worth visiting.
