Puente colgante del Caminito del Rey is an impressive elevated walkway opened in 2005 in El Chorro Canyon near Málaga, Spain. This is a popular tourist attraction and a must-see spot in the region. The walkway hangs 301 meters above the sheer rocky walls of the canyon, leading to two entrances at either side of the El Chorro gorge. Stretching across 1001 meters and architecturally suspended at 35 meters above the canyon, it is an amazing sight to travelers and photographers alike. The pathway, comprising of wooden planks and metal structures, is said to be one of the most dangerous routes in the world and is maintained by national authorities. You can take amazing pictures and explore the beautiful canyon once you have braved the walkway. Apart from the breathtaking view, you can also enjoy camping, hiking, and rock climbing activities in El Chorro.
