Promenada Novi Sad is a modern shopping and entertainment centre at the junction of Bulevar Oslobođenja and Bulevar cara Lazara, beside the SPENS sports complex and close to Karađorđe football stadium. Its shops, restaurants and cinema place it within the city’s everyday commercial and leisure life, distinct from the historic streets around Trg slobode. The building’s large contemporary façade, broad surrounding boulevards and neighbouring sports facilities give photographs a recognizable urban context: Novi Sad viewed through shopping, recreation and daily movement rather than its old-town landmarks.
