Procida is a picturesque Italian island located in the Gulf of Naples off the coast of the Campania region. It is the smallest inhabited island in the Bay of Naples. Procida's main town, Corricella, is the loveliest of ports, with its brightly painted fishermen's houses depicting the lateral shades of the Mediterranean. The crystal clear waters of Procida's Blue Grotto are a great spot to swim or snorkel, while the small island of Vivara can be hiked around in a few hours.
