Prins Willem Alexanderbrug is a 104-year-old bridge near Beneden-Leeuwen, Netherlands. It spans the Waal river and is connected to the Binnentocht Beneden-Leeuwen cycle and footpath. Built in 1914, its name was changed from Wilhelminabrug to Prins Willem Alexanderbrug in April of 2019 to honor the new King of the Netherlands, Willem-Alexander. The bridge offers stunning views of the river from both sides, and is a popular spot to take pictures and enjoy the views of the Dutch countryside. It is part of a beautiful rural cultural landscape, and is close to a number of cycling and walking routes. The bridge is a great spot for landscape photography and nature lovers, as well as an easy spot for a short walk.
