Prims is a small former mining town located near the Saar river in Nonnweiler, Germany. It is known for its beautiful landscapes, medieval architecture, and its lush vineyards. Prims is home to some of Germany's oldest and most picturesque churches, including St. Afra, St. Clemens, St. Jakobus, and the stunningly beautiful Church of St. Anna-Maria. The nearby Prims Castle, built in 1490 and located just outside of town, is surrounded by a picturesque landscape and is a popular spot for sightseers and photographers.
