Porto Katsiki is a beautiful beach located on the Ionian Sea in the region of Apollonii, Greece. With its spectacular views, white sand and crystal clear waters, this beach is one of the premier destinations in Greece and one of the most photographed places in the country. Aside from the beach, tourism to Porto Katsiki is largely centred around the nearby uninhabited island of Gaidouronisi, which is surrounded by a variety of native wildlife such as sea turtles and seals. On the downside, visitors should be aware that both Porto Katsiki and Gaidouronisi are very popular beaches, meaning it's nearly always quite busy during peak months. But don't worry, there are a few back beaches nearby if you want to get away from the crowds. All in all, Porto Katsiki is a magical place that must be seen to be believed.
