Ponte Romano-Gótica de Ponte de Lima

Ponte Romano-Gótica de Ponte de Lima is a bridge located in the city of Ponte de Lima, Portugal. It carries the highway bridge in the center of the Lima River. The bridge, built in the late eighteenth century, is the oldest bridge in the city and is a listed National Monument. The bridge has three semi-circle arches, although only two are presently visible. The bridge stands 14m high and is 48m long, making it one of the longest surviving bridges in Portugal. It has a pointed Gothic arch on the western side and a semi-circle arch on the eastern side. It is built out of granite and is a truly beautiful sight, well worth a visit for any visitor to the city of Ponte de Lima.
