Ponte della Maddalena, located in Borgo a Mozzano, Italy, is a world-famous medieval stone arch bridge. Also known as the Devil's Bridge, Ponte della Maddalena is one of the oldest bridges in the country, built over 900 years ago and they say it used to be the devil's work! The bridge crosses the Serchio River and stands at 22 impressive meters tall and 45 meters long. It was mostly used as a road bridge and is said to have been fortified after an attack in 1575. Visitors could delve deep into its history while admiring the bridge's stunning grandeur. Photographers could appreciate its spectacular symmetry, as well as its rugged stone walls and arches. Moreover, the surrounding nature is really a sight to behold.
