
Pomeranian Dukes' Castle, also known as Kastel dynastii Gryfitów, is a unique remnant of the medieval age. Situated in Szczecin, Poland, it dates back to the 13th century. The castle was once the residence of the local rulers of the Pomeranian region, giving it its name. Today, the castle features a walled warship's courtyard, a brick tower, as well as a Gothic chapel. Inside, visitors can observe interesting exhibits on the history of Szczecin, as well as the Pomeranian ruling dynasty. Outside, the castle offers a rich view of Szczecin and the Oder River. The castle is open daily and is the perfect destination to explore Szczecin's rich history and visit the many art galleries and offers nearby.
