Plazhi i Pasqyrave, or Mirror Beach, is a compact Ionian cove north of Ksamil on the coastal stretch toward Sarandë. Its Albanian name refers to the bright, mirror-like flashes created when sunlight strikes the exceptionally clear water. Pale pebbles and light-colored rock intensify the sea’s turquoise and deep-blue tones, while rugged limestone edges give the bay a secluded, sharply defined shape. From above, the strongest composition comes from the contrast between the luminous shallows, darker offshore water, and rocky shoreline; at beach level, the recognizable scene is the glittering surface framed by stone slopes.
