Plaça de Jaume Qués Prevere is a small civic square tucked inside Alcúdia’s walled historic center on Mallorca. The space reads as a neighborhood hinge where narrow, stone-lined streets open into a modest paved court framed by traditional Mallorcan facades with shuttered windows and wrought-iron balconies. Photographically, the square offers close-range textures — limestone walls, aged paving, and the layering of doorways and arches that channel light and shadow — while sightlines lead the eye toward alleys and nearby medieval ramparts, giving images a sense of scale and urban continuity.
