Pico del Teide is the highest peak in Spain, located on the island of Tenerife in the Canary Islands. The summit stands at a staggering 12,198 feet above sea level, making it the third largest volcano in the world. The breathtaking view from the peak can be seen from its surrounding areas, making it a popular destination for tourists and photographers alike. At the top of the peak sits Risco de la Candelilla, an inactive volcano crater ringed with jagged rock formations.
