Phillip Burton Memorial Beach is a beach in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area in the San Francisco peninsula. It is a place for swimming, watching birds and wildlife and enjoying spectacular views of the North Pacific Coast. The beach is a popular location for photographers of all levels.
