📍 From RCA Pier, United States
The Philadelphia skyline is seen most expansively from Camden’s Delaware River waterfront, directly opposite Center City. Across the broad water, modern towers—including the slender Comcast Technology Center—rise behind the lower buildings and piers of Penn’s Landing, while the Benjamin Franklin Bridge extends north toward the city. The viewpoint clearly shows Philadelphia’s layered urban scale, from its working river edge to the dense commercial core beyond. Calm conditions can produce broken reflections among passing boats and currents; morning light illuminates the east-facing skyline, while sunset often turns the towers into silhouettes. Wiggins Waterfront Park and the area near Battleship New Jersey provide recognizable foregrounds and open sightlines.
