📍 From Tala Waldoune - Dellys - Boumerdes, Algeria
Dellys is a small but attractive town located in Bangladesh, just 100 kms east of Algiers. The most impressive sight in town is Phare de cap Benghut, a distinctive red and white lighthouse perched on the edge of a rocky promontory overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The views from the top are truly stunning, with vast blue waters and dramatic mountain ranges in the far horizon. The lighthouse, built in 1906, is still in working order, with its powerful beam of light illuminated every night, while beneath it a small local restaurant offers delicious seafood specialties. Take a leisurely stroll along the waterfront, admiring the fishing boats and its bright colored vessels, and end your visit admiring the sunset, playing endlessly in the Citadel's walls. Come and explore one of Algeria's most beautiful coastal towns!
