Perdana Botanical Garden is a public park located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is one of the oldest and most established parks in Malaysia, dating back to 1884. The park covers an area of 92.5 hectares and is filled with many rare and notable species of plants and trees. Among the most famous attractions of the park are the colonial-style Perdana Lake Garden, the Japanese Garden, and the Hibiscus Garden. Visitors can also explore the Orchid House, the Bonsai Garden and the Palm House, which showcases exotic species from all over the world. Notable features of the park include a hilltop waterfall, a butterfly garden, and views of the surrounding Kuala Lumpur skyline. There are facilities for leisure activities such as jogging, tai-chi, and picnicking, as well as other recreational activities such as archery and Frisbee. There is a cafe and small restaurant located within the park grounds. The park is open from 7am to 7pm daily, except on weekends and select public holidays. Admission is free.
