An imposing structure in Berlin’s government district, the Paul Löbe Building houses parliamentary offices and meeting spaces for the German Bundestag. Designed by Stephan Braunfels, it sits opposite the Reichstag and forms part of a modern architectural ensemble along the River Spree. Visitors can admire its transparent facades, minimalist interiors, and sweeping bridges that symbolize transparency in governance. Though access can be restricted during parliamentary sessions, the surrounding area offers excellent photo opportunities, including views of the nearby Marie-Elisabeth Lüders Building and the Federal Chancellery. Exploring the open courtyards reveals striking lines and perspectives that highlight contemporary German architecture.
