Parroquia Santa Mónica is a parish in Rivas-Vaciamadrid, Spain, established in 1970 with the goal of providing a space for spiritual and religious contemplation. The church is known for its Baroque architecture and its many works of art, including a 12-meter-high altar, carved and made of polychromatic wood. Inside, visitors can admire the magnificent portraits of Jesus, Mary and the Saints painted by various European masters. The parish also houses an organ, built in 1992, with which the concerts of classical and sacred music are accompanied. It's an impressive place that can be visited inside and out. Visitors can appreciate the bell tower, the architectural details or the flowery sculpture that decorates the facade.
