📍 From Malerwinkel, Germany
Parish Church of St. Sebastian, in Ramsau bei Berchtesgaden, Germany is a stunning Baroque-style country church between Salzburg and Berchtesgaden National Park. With one of the largest church yards in Bavaria and an awe-inspiring view of the Alps, this important religious and cultural site is a must-see in the region. Originally built in 1718 and dedicated to the martyr St. Sebastian this delightful church is considered one of the most beautiful wayside churches still in existence. Inside, the small nave includes a beautiful Baroque altar, painted furniture and intricate frescoes.
