Panorama Tower is the tallest building in Leipzig, Germany and its most recognizable landmark. It stands at around 550 feet tall, and is a tall, white-stone tower with four clock faces adorning the four sides. The Tower also serves as a symbolic landmark, as it contains the Plate of Art – a magnificent steelwork sculpture designed by French sculptor Bruno Seinstein. Inside the Tower, visitors can find a museum with a variety of images and sculptures from the art movements in the 18th, 19th and 20th century worlds. Visiting the Panorama Tower is free, with some exhibitions and events requiring either a fee or free gift. From the top of the Tower, visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of Leipzig and the surrounding areas.
