📍 Italy
The Baroque Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi is a hunting residence outside of Turin, Italy. Built in the 18th century, it sits in a 480-hectare wildlife estate, which is now a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. The Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi is noted for its grand architecture, featuring marble stairs and mirrors, as well as gilt-edged oval ceilings. The frescoes throughout the palace may also be of interest. Outside of the mansion, visitors may explore four gardens, three Italian-style, one French-style. Within the grounds of the estate are several woodlands, meadows and ponds. Visitors can also tour the 18th-century "Rotonda di Stupinigi", an octagonal garden house and the Grand Pond, a tranquil well-kept expanse. Additionally, the Altea Chapel and Tetrino Monument are popular attractions in the estate.
