The Palace of Culture and Science in Warszawa, Poland is a 225-meter tall building built in 1955. It is the tallest building in Poland and serves as a stark reminder of the influence of Stalinist-era architecture in the city. The palace was a gift from Soviet Union to Polish people at the time of its construction and consists of numerous attractions, including three theaters, a concert hall, a four-story library, several galleries, sporting and recreation facilities, four museums, and a view of the city in the terraced café at the 30th floor.
