Old Ponsonby Post Office in Auckland, New Zealand is a historic landmark which includes a beautiful clock tower built in circular style. It is a favorite spot to take photos especially during New Year celebrations. The post office, built in 1902, is situated in Ponsonby, centrally located in Auckland with easy access to city attractions. It was made by unifying the two post offices of Grey Lynn and Ponsonby to provide efficient service. The post office was strongly characterized by the Clock Tower which is now declared as a heritage and listed on the New Zealand’s ‘Historic Places Trust’ register.
